Robert S. Putnam
Armed with a BS from the U.S. Air Force Academy, a BS from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy, and an MBA from the University of California Los Angeles, Bob Putnam’s practical experience in the healthcare industry spans more than 25 years. During that time, he has worked in the clinical, operations, administrative and information technology areas. More specifically, he has spent a number of years in hospital and outpatient clinic operations management, including Operations Manager for over 35 hospital pharmacies and clinic administrator for a facility located in the Texas Medical Center.
But it’s his twenty years of healthcare software design and development that makes him so valuable to MedTrak. He has been responsible for directing the development of two separate and complete outpatient practice management applications, one of which was utilized by over 500 clinics and billing services. The other is a more recent development in use by more than 115 clinics. Bob is also a Registered Pharmacist.

Melissa Guajardo is versatile in combining a strong foundation in medical billing with practical experience in IT support and system maintenance with over 25 years of experience. She is highly skilled in navigating MedTrak software and performing meticulous quality control on patient statements and insurance submissions. In the IT realm, Melissa has experience in maintaining local area network, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensuring system compliance with data privacy standards. This hybrid skillset allows her to provide essential support to medical offices, acting as a key liaison between clinical staff and technical teams to manage invoices, payments and system integrity

Linda Pierce has over 30 years of experience in the medical office setting. With another 15 years of experience with the medical management side of the business. She has experience in medical billing, insurance, and patient account management. She has a solid foundation in healthcare. She values clear communication, accuracy, and takes pride in supporting smooth billing workflows that help both the patient and provider with an emphasis on increasing the practice revenue.

Suzanne Allen is a seasoned healthcare operations professional and Certified Medical Coder with more than 25 years of comprehensive experience spanning both front-end and back-office medical operations. She specializes in coding accuracy, billing, denial management and high-level appeals. Known for her exceptional revenue recovery rates, Suzanne consistently strengthens reimbursement outcomes through precise coding, through documentation review and strategic appeal writing. Her deep operational knowledge and commitment to compliance make her a trusted expert in medical coding and the full revenue cycle process.

Sankar Vunnam
Sankar Vunnam is a senior technology leader with 25+ years of experience in enterprise software, healthcare IT, and revenue cycle management. He leads the design and development of MedTrak’s Practice Management (PM) and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platforms, delivering scalable, secure, and compliant solutions for medical practices. With deep expertise in medical billing, claims processing, and EMR/EHR integrations, Sankar has built end-to-end RCM workflows—from patient registration and charge capture to ERA posting, denial management, and A/R follow-up—helping providers improve revenue performance and operational efficiency. His technical background includes .NET, C#, SQL Server, cloud architectures, and APIs, with extensive experience delivering high-availability healthcare applications in Agile environments. Prior to MedTrak, Sankar held senior development roles at leading financial and healthcare organizations, bringing enterprise-grade discipline and innovation to MedTrak’s technology platform.
