Set-up costs are minimal, and many practices don’t even incur IT expenses. 99% of your monthly cost is based on what is collected, so there’s little out-of-pocket expense to you. Your expenses grow only as your collections do.
The percentage you pay is based on a combination of variables: your specialty, complexity of your billing, and your insurance mix. There are no hidden fees for bank transactions, access to data or reporting.
After the initial six months, you have a month-to-month contract and can cancel with 60-days notice.
Absolutely! Your team will have on-site and remote access to the MedTrak PM software, as well as the data it holds. It resides securely on our servers in the cloud, allowing you to see patient records and pull reports as needed.
